I ordered a doll from ”Realistic Love Doll” and I am absolutely amazed by the customer service. Honestly, I can’t even recall another time where an internet based shop spent this much time caring for me as a customer. I had the pleasure to deal with Romain and he answered ALL my questions and concerns (and I had many, lmao) with such patience and clarity. I got to swap a head that wasn’t custom to the body size and tailor everything to my preference. He sent me some pics from the fabric, once the doll was made and I even got to change a few details from there. Seriously blown away by this service - there are som BIG companies out there that has a lot to learn from this company. She arrived just the way I ordered her. The quality is incredible. I have absolutely 0 complaints; only praises!
