What are the odds that OF-thots sell their likeness to doll companies for a commission?

hopefully you can modify the model after scanning. I don't like realistic stubby legs, which a lot of women have. I want them to have longer legs and less broad shoulders.

I looked into these about 5 years ago when I got a 3D printer. I was wanting one that would scan accurately down to less than 1mm to use in engineering, I remember finding some really good 3 axis laser hand held ones like the one you pictured. I cant remember for sure but think the basic model was around $200,000 with the high end ones doubling that. They would just scan the object and produce a 3D file, none of them would do fancy stuff like full colour.

Maybe they have got cheaper over time. I'd be interested in how much you get quoted for one if you have enquired.

Haha, sounds like you live in the same place as me! Many of the women where I live makes me want to puke.

Artec Leo. Accuracy 0.1mm, Resolution 0.5mm, $25,800 :)
There are cheaper scanners around but the resolution and accuracy will be the tradeoff :)

Only 25k for a crazy fun handheld toy... I could easily 3d print so many things...

Is go to the kitchen just to scan literally everything. I don't think my family would appreciate 3d printed plates and forks.

If you print them out of TPU, it won't hurt so much when they start throwing the stuff at you :)
