Calling All Male Doll Lovers!

The other day I opened up a thread dedicated to the WM Male dolls, so today I am opening up a new thread about all the other male dolls out there, including fabric and mannequins (really, any male doll that is allowed on TDF, please see Rules section if you have any questions). Male dolls need more attention here on TDF and I wanted to get the ball rolling. So, for those of you who have them and would love to share, this is the place to do so. So that other fellow male doll lovers can ooh and aah over these sexy studs! 3-2-1 and Go!

I’m a newbie in regards to life sized dolls, especially male dolls. I’m used to small 60cm anime style dolls, and then I discovered a WM Doll, he is described in different names in other doll forums, but he’s a tall 5’7” doll weighing around 123 pounds and I was wondering if a 5’3” person like me is able to move him around or would he be too heavy for me. His pictures make him a perfect art model, I’m planning to use him to practice my art anatomy. Of course photography here and there, but mostly practicing life drawing. It is impossible now because of what’s going on around the world. So I figured why not, plus he was and is still on sale and I also love that he can stand, so I don’t know if it’s the perfect place to make a comment here. Any help or advice is appreciated. Referring to Beautiful Dolls Forum of Ailan in a Plaid Shirt, the doll I’m talking about. Of course he goes by many names but that’s where I discovered the doll first.

Galaxy, welcome to the forum. Ailan is a beautiful doll, indeed! He is a WM 175cm with # 78 head. I, personally, have not attempted to lift a male doll at 123 pounds, however, I did attempt to lift an IronTech Male (Charles) weighing in at 113 pounds and I was unable to do so. I am 5'1" and not in the best shape, but I can lift my WM 160 males, who weigh in at 85 pounds each. It can be a bit difficult at times, but over time, I have become accustomed to it. If you have your heart set on him (which I TOTALLY understand, as I would love to have a WM 175, if I could ever lift that much weight), you might want to do some leg strengthening exercises and I highly recommend a back brace. But at this weight, I highly suggest having a second person to assist, or stand by to assist, if needed. I do hope this helps you in regards to your decision.
