I just bought the doll over the weekend. ive tried calling and no one has responded. Ive called American express to cancel the charge and now its under investigation. I dont what to expect at this point.. feels like money down the drain

Welcome to TDF Kingscross97. If it's only a matter of 72 hours, don't worry yet. Sometimes it takes vendors a while to catch up.
Did you email them?
Edit: Now I see the other topic from masterx1234 from last week. Okay, TDF management will look into this.
