Depends.
Sometimes she's being difficult and other times, posing her is a singe.
I also like to take my time, when it comes to posing her and when "getting it on" (which isn't that often)
I guess it also depends on how complex you like your sexual positions.
I think, when you create space for moving your doll, much of the awkward lifting is circumvented and you can focus more energie on "nocturnal activities"
But, I'll tell ye what, Cowgirl position sure is a struggle with her. XD
I tend to sweat more out of frustration when I can't pose her just right. But then she's just giving me a hard time, just to annoy me, I reckon. She might be giggling when I leave the room.
But if you mean, is she best weight to thiccness (broad thighs and muscular legs)ratio, along with big boobs?
