This is a silicone head too
It does however look like a slavic face I've seen from HR doll , I know HR is actually 6Ye under a different name just like YL is to WM.

I really like the look of the skinny 166A model they make, but the LHP has me worried as it looks like it is not correct. Can anyone tell me if it has been fixed like the 161C has been?

6YE has some pretty sculpts, which is why I am leaning heavily towards them for my first purchase.

I see that 165 B-cup and 161 C-cup seem to have improved love hole placement, but no information about 162 C-cup - though she is also a new model.

I feel almost offended not seeing my 161J lol.

Btw, all of 6YE dolls are absolutely awesome in their own ways, great tpe, very realistic bodies, great skeleton, awesome LHP bar the messed up 165n (apparently solved).
You can’t go wrong.
