First point: a minor avatar bug
I noticed that several users had their avatar replaced by a small icon followed by the text "user avatar". In fact, it is because the browser does not find the corresponding image resource and displays the alternative text. Here is, for example what is displayed:
It seems like it only affects users who don't have an avatar, but not all of them. For some, nothing is displayed, for others, it is this missing image that is displayed.
If we look at the source code of the page, we see the link to the image that is problematic: And of course, the resource being unavailable, we get a 404 error, and the alternative text "user avatar" is then displayed instead of the image. As we can see the level "gallery" is doubled, and indeed the resource does not exist at this location. But there is a higher level (simple "./images/avatars/gallery/blank.gif").
It is not very serious, but it is not very aesthetic either.
Second point: the main page
It may be time to refresh the home page a little
Indeed, one can always read there:
Er... IE9 hmmm, who still use itPlease note that some people have reported problems browsing Doll Forum using Internet Explorer 9.
We therefore suggest use one of the many other browsers available such as
Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera or Safari - all available for free download.
EDGE has replaced IE 11 (that was released in 2015). Although it is the official browser from Microsoft, it was certainly possible until now to use the old IE11 alternatively. In the coming EDGE version (based on CHROMIUM), this will no longer be possible, IE is definitely dead.
So, a reference to IE 9, it's really ancient and not really up to date.
