Its not a doll, its Photoshop. You can tell right away when you get used to seeing shopped images all day. Just re-focus your vision on the whole face and compare it to the head ( in this case the alignment is way off on the tilt i.e. the eyes/nose/mouth does not fit the outline/contour of the head) as well as the light/ dimensions /contour of the face is mismatched. Its a troll.
