Photoshoots with Mira (SH160B #16)

Post by Ron NB »

Hi TDF,
this is going to be the pictorial thread where I post some of the photos I've taken with Mira.

I am going to make this first post as an index to later shoots by referencing on which page I posted a photo set :

Page #1 "Light test"
First photoshoot with Mira, on the evening I got got her . I just really wanted to see how she looks, what her skin color is like in fluorescent and LED light. This wasn't even meant to be anything serious, I just made her stand up, started taking photos with my phone then I kept going and going . I got her with green eyes and blue eyes, she had green eyes during the shoot, I have not tried to replace her eyes yet to blue.
I just put my tubular scarf on her, so she is not running around home butt naked, and the scarf kind of looks like she is wearing a casual dress.
On most photos I only change cropping and color saturation and color balance. On some photos I edit the eye color.

I am going to use watermarks, it's not like I am a professional photographer, but it happened to me that I did a photoshoot last year wearing a mask and someone started using my photos to set up scam sites that "sell the mask".

If you have any questions or comments, feel free to post :)

Great job, Ron NB - Mira's simply gorgeous!

She's got a very interesting fantasy sort of look to her as well, which is very cool. 8)

Hi AGL, she does have an anime or fantasy RPG look, but I could imagine a real person who looks exactly like her.

Here is a few more factory preview photos.
I was really stuck between Layla, Maybelle and Ashley.
Ashley was not really meant for 160B, she was made for taller bodies, but I don't think her head looks disproportionately large on 160B or maybe it is ? They even made a preview video for me, it's hard to tell. I've gone with Layla for now.
You may remember Ashley from Sange, I remember seeing her first on the Sange website.

I think Layla head is just right size. Ashley looks with that "big" makeup maybe big though that's dependant on clothing and hairstyle. I often see that in movies woman surprisingly has bigger face than man when they are close to each other.
Sofos has nice Maybelle face on 168, Eye Candy thread "Emma" you might like to see her. This Layla looks really good, very promising!

I think it does look a bit bigger, but it's hard to judge how much would it bother me by photos or even video, because all of that is through lenses and perspective and FOV makes everything look different. I think I know Emma, I did a lot of research on Layla and Maybelle before ordering .

A few more, I've started experimenting with very subtle make up on her just to see what works the best. I want to make her the most pretty and the most realistic as she can look, or better than real . On the halloween photo I used matte foundation just to see what's better, to have her natural slightly glossy silicone "skin" or she looks more realistic with a more matte face ? I 'm still undecided.

Personally I like to avoid plasticky highlights that screams silicone. With makeup it is good to go very subtle and see, depending skills. I haven't touched my doll factory makeup at all, just experimenting how to get more age to her face with shadowing cheekbones and sides of her nose, with varying results as the makeup occasionally pops out. Your Layla face is more mature as a starting point.

But I've noticed that women have some shine on their face either by design as a makeup trick to make some facial features pop out more or without makeup skin has grease content which does create a glossy look in specific lighting .
I'm undecided, but I'm going to experiment what's the best way to do makeup and if there is a good middle ground between shiny and matte .
She is certainly a woman who just entered adulthood, I would guess she would be about an 18-19 year old in her prime peak.

Here is a few more photos, it was a very dark winter day so I had to do some post processing.
I would really appreciate if Sanhui would have eyes like the ones I edited in the photos, colors that are not realistic, the one on the photos is rings of cyan and green mostly.
