Aubrey's elbow update:
Chloe of Kimber Doll & I have been emailing back & forth since 7 tonight (my time).
My Vixen is still under warranty, so she proposed sending me a replacement (the latest version, the Mach-6 KD-M complete with standing feet and double-hinged ankles)
All I had to do was send video proof of the loose joint along with my original purchase receipt, and Chloe put the warranty claim through.

There's not many companies today that would give that level of service, let alone initiate it and supply an updated version without any cost to the customer!

Fletcher: you & the gang at Kimber are a joy to do business with! I always feel I'm being treated as your top priority in every way!! Please pass along my gratitude to everyone for making a fantastic product & providing a level of service that, IMHO, is second to none!

Hey Obie, I haven't been on here for a few days and just read Aubrey's elbow update! It's always a great personal experience dealing with the Kimber Doll team. As stones mentioned, it really is definitely true regarding Kimber Doll's level of service and all I can say is that Chloe and the team are genuine rock stars! Looking forward to Aubrey Suzanne (yeah, Aubrey 2.0 wouldn't be right ).

Not cra-cra at all! We've all grown fond of your Aubrey and it really shows that you've invested a lot of time on her and she means a lot to you. Hope you won't have to give her up too! Maybe you can put her head on the mach-6 body...see how she feels about the 'upgrade' or keep them both as they are. Either way, not many (if any) can say they own both versions of the KD-M. Keep us posted with Aubrey Suzanne!

I've been tracking her week-long trek home on UPS. She checked into Chelmsford Ma (91 minutes away) yesterday morning. Had almost a whole day down there.

Suzanne:
Has bigger nipples & areolae.
