Hey all,

Lots of changes here at AAMA. Carrie after 8.5 years here,moved to San Francisco with her boyfriend, so it didn't take long for the models to take over her room. It was furnished, so it was ready to go as a studio. So now I have another room for shoots and lots of drawers and closet space for clothes.

Well, after spending the day with Mishka, last Saturday. He showed me his stash of clothes that he got at thrift stores a incredible prices. Apparently, Dees Luver showed him the ropes on thrift shopping. So on Tuesday, I decided to hit my local thrift store. Needed more clothes for Dees' Rocktober doll meet, this Saturday. So browsing around, I hear that on Wednesdays, all clothes are 50% off!!! Yes!!! So I came back today and scored!!! Gotta show what we got with Andrea presenting of course. Buzzz,buzzz

2 pairs of jeans, 3 pairs of daisydukes and a jean skirt, all $19. Apparently, there is no sales tax at thrift stores, too!!

Not even close to being done, have more to show.

Second batch, the jackets and coats. Needed some black leather jackets for the meet. Also found a nice coat and overcoat, all for $21. So $40, so far.

Last batch to show. Andrea loves her pink. Gotta keep the elf happy, even got her new set of wings. Got some other various items. It all came out to $90. About $3 per item. No one asked why I was buying women's clothes either.

I read your comment on the Rocktober post, came over here to copy this image and saw that you beat me to it. Andrea and Annie May will have the pink 1950's sock-hop look. Annie May will be wearing the same as she did at Dees' first meet.
