This is a masturbator from Toysheart. It's one of their Sisters series. It has what they call a Micro Through Hole design, so it can be flushed easier when cleaning, yet the through hole is small and can be covered with a finger during use to maintain the vacuum feeling of a closed hole design. It's of a size that may be suitable as a doll insert, but would need to be bagged to avoid having to clean the doll.
