The position, lighting and type of lens used to photograph these dolls can dramatically change the appearance of a doll with the same face for some of the promotional photos. However, make up and a different hairstyle or even a wig will create a different doll all together.

and had a lot of unexplained details..

but since I wasn't sure about all that,
I embarked on a big research...

I hope our friend Kimmi keeps it up way of styling girls
- at least the way she managed to do it in Her HairSalon.

You are doing a good job showing the differences and similarities of these dolls as well as the different positions that they come in. The categories you have placed them in makes the information poster easy to navigate and helpful to others..

This part of project was created due to my desire
to learn something more about the world of DiaoShi Doll-Girls!

I managed to learn a lot from comments,
- and what I like most is that this "part of my research" will remain
as a good overview of the "observation of the big matter itself"
and as "various guidelines" for our new members..

These posters show the LoveandVibes doll range in detail, it is very much appreciated.

I am glad that the new design concept
and the final appearance of the poster
- is still satisfactory and that it has found its good purpose!

But looking at the fact that within the large assortment of DiaoShi Girls,
we have (temporarily) limited ourselves to only one of the distributors
that supplies the EuropeanAreas in three different places - markets (UK/DE/FR):

I think that as part of our main poster, we should not change
those promotional pictures of the girls that are already
published on the websites as they are..

The copyright of the distributor should also be respected,
but primarily I think from the search pattern:
- so as not to make a complete mess with different pictures and names..

The market itself is already quite complicated.......

We also have a great contribution by user
Entity2020 showing the comparison of various dolls.

I'm really starting to like our new friend within the project
who seems to have a lot of knowledge!!

From my tear down of a LOVE AND VIBES Chelsea, I found the head was flexible when the stuffing was removed. From this finding, I can understand why each head is slightly different as it would be down to the internal stuffing and face shaping at the factory. I would also assume that the plastic changes shape as it cools. I'm no expert on the manufacturing process but there must be a logical reason why each head is unique in appearance upon unboxing.

Very serious observations, but above all, the right approach to the subject.

I think that this quote of yours is crucial as an initiator and a starting point:
- where I should finally try to "Turn ON" My Brain and start to think
more seriously and deeply about the whole mattery!!

Stock and generation probably play a role and some dolls could also be mislabeled due to their almost identical appearance. Some dolls may have the closest head available to complete a factory order and that could cross a batch and/or generation. There is also order picking to consider as to which stock goes out of the door to the customer. Just speculation as to why I have varying results on some of my doll purchases.

The comparison of the doll heads in the real world and those 'dated' LOVE AND VIBES sales photos is certainly interesting. Some of those sales photos could be rendered - look closely at Suzy and Aileen, their hair is identical

I wonder why there are no sitting male or trans dolls. They are perfect for the cowgirl /reverse cowgirl position. This is definitely a missed opportunity by the manufacturers for the female and gay male market I think. I haven't seen any across all of the products or brands. Oh well, maybe some day they will consider this.
