Re: waist I'm also not the biggest fan but it is likely a compromise to reduce the weight as much as possible on this already dynamic curvy body.

However, it's important to keep in mind that not all manufacturers offer customization options, and those who do may have limitations on the extent to which they can modify the doll's features.
