Nice review BH. Your pictures and review have me thinking of buying a doll again, either a Boy Toy 3 like yours or a RD 2 body B. You mentioned that she has an adapter I assume for the insert. I'm familar with the RD2 inserts but what is Sheeana's adapter all about?

Hi - us BT3's and the realdolls use the same inserts and options

Thanks for the clarification Sheena! By adapter I thought maybe there was an extra piece of equipment "Down there" for some reason. You are drop dead gorgeous by the way and remind me of a Colombian business partner I met a while back. With some luck, a sister of yours will keep me warm this winter.
