Order to delivery I had my unboxing doll from XT in about three weeks.

Wow! That is very quick. My last two dolls (different manufacturer) took something like 7 weeks each. I definitely don't expect it that quickly, I'd just be stoked if I see production pics in 3 weeks. That'd be enough
I suspect it might be longer too, because I've gone for a variety of options like the ROS head and realistic painting. I assume that will extend the manufacture time somewhat. And I'm ok with that.

Hope you don't mind me adding my production pics to this thread. Here is my Nancy's factory shot and with the Aelene head as well. Looking very nice and roughly a fortnight from when I placed the order, when you factor in a couple days for communication that's pretty much right on the timeframe, so I'm very happy.

In case anyone is curious there were also a couple videos sent as well. They do a decent job showing softness/firmness on the important bits. Big thanks the XT Doll and Fantasy Wives. Proper review when she arrives.

Congrats Nackers, you're a lucky guy and I'm looking forward to your review. I must admit it's getting harder and harder not to order Nancy, she's a real beauty and I love that the 163cm F-cup only weighs 25 kgs. The new 168cm C-cup body is killer too, and still only 29 kgs.

Thanks she's making things harder and harder all the time
The whole experience has been mostly painless so far. Production has been quick, she looks like I'd expect (in the production pics of course) and communication has been reliable. The only thing that bit me on the arse was using a credit card instead of paypal. Because my bank considered it a "foreign transaction" (even though I was charged in AU dollars) they tacked a $100 fee on just because they can. That's not the fault of the FantasyWives or XT Doll though, that's just a greedy bank being a greedy bank.
Oh, and I will say while Nancy looks amazing the Aelene head with the short wig instead of her usual long brown or red wig makes her look like a grumpy Karen. So I might be changing up wigs when she gets here
