When i was younger i always liked the sport type, not much muscular, but fit, between our friends use to say the joke that they were easy to handle.

Mate, start with sport, try to pick one that you will do it just for passion, that way you will be getting fit without even knowing it ( in 2013, i was 89kg , and get down to 63), happened to me with my SUP board
If there is a beach or lake nearby, you cant go wrong with Kite Surf / Foil / wakeboarding / SUP, or If there is a Mountain can try MTB or trail running/long distances walking. Its all about sticking to something that will make you go further on it and take out the best of you to reach your goal. Its never late, i have a friend with 72 years that is a fanatic of paddle surfing and still ripping
Ohhh not yet arrived my first lovely doll, she should be here wihin 2 weeks. Doll production time was brilliant. Anyhow Romain from RDL, advise me that YLDOLL is quite faster than WMDoll when producing the doll, Anyhow it also surprise me their fast production.
