Textile Doll with anal insert?

Has anyone requested one be made like this yet? Are there any photos of any with vaginal and a separate anal inserts as well? Particularly a fleshlight anal sleeve, since I hear they are the most realistic in how they feel.

Fleshlight is one of the best masturbator in the world.

What tool did you use to modify the fleshlight insert? Did you use an exacto knife or razor or since it melts with heat can a heated wire cutting tool that's used for cutting styrofoam work?

I used a ordinary scissors.
Fill a bowl with water, put Fleshlight in water and carefully trim the it the way you want. The main thing is not to cut too much, cut off small pieces.

The scissors worked great as long as you go slow. I would post pics but my cutting job doesn't look as nice as yours Yuri. I will have to trim them a little better but now my inserts fit great, thanks for the tip!
