Seren Photoshoot - Lace, Pearls and Silk

I took advantage of a day off to shoot some photos of Seren in one of her newer outfits, and some of her jewelry.

If you're wondering why her left eye is covered, its because the lashes came off. I was working on replacing the originals (which were mucked up at delivery) with some new one. I used some off-the-shelf false eyelashes, and tried to used silicone adhesive (for car windows) but I couldn't get the lashes to stay in place long enough for the adhesive to cure.

Anyhoo...I've been getting her some new jewelry, but she doesn't seem to appreciate some of the items I got her....

I've been using Silpoxy to repair tears. How did you do the lashes? I applied the windscreen adhesive and let it set up for 10-15 minutes and then applied the lashes. The problem I had was keeping the lashes in position while curing. Any hints would be helpful.

Hi IVGavordny, I put SilPoxy on the edge of the eyes where I wanted to place the lashes, waited for a few minutes as well and then applied the lashes. Of course it takes some maneuvering but it works. Don´t use too much SilPoxy- a mistake I made, just a tiny line will do. The results will get better when you do it the second or third time.
