Thank you all for the comments,

The shoes, well she needs them to stand, well not exactly but they do give additional support to the foot and ankle area and without shoes/boot she is more prone to damage at the ankle, the ankle is just a thin piece of wire supporting around 25 kilos also she say's to tell you they are on to kick the balls of anybody posting silly comments, but i said why put shoes on to to that, her reply was "So i don't break a toe nail"
