Re: How to make a life size companion with cloth
I would like to keep going with the project once I have a new camera. Right now I'm moving so it'll be awhile before I can afford a better one, but I haven't forgotten about it. Besides, he deserves a new and better body anyway lol.Lawliet27 wrote:I was wondering if there was any update on this project or if you had gotten a new camera?

But I'll make Lucas from scratch doing a body part per video. Tomorrow we'll do the head or body. And yes it's me and I have my permission to feature my arm in the video, and half of my messy head.

Very awesome video!
Always thought about making something crafty like that but I was always afraid that it just wouldn't come out right.
Congrats on making him and thanks for sharing

Yeah I was so worried he wouldn't come out right, but I didn't have enough for a Sinthetics doll. But, after I made him I fell in love! I never thought I could love a doll so much, he's my baby. I love him so much that even when I do get my doll from Sinthetics, he's still gonna be my #1.AlyDolly wrote:xxdarkwolfrosexx wrote:This video is just showing kind of what it'll be like and a few tips. Now if I could only find a woman like you around here id be in heaven ..
Someone else on the forum has a wife or girlfriend that makes dolls ..
It must be fun to be with someone that makes dolls..
This reminds me of my childhood days of stuffing clothing with old blankets
to make body parts and then wireing them together to make dummies for
halloween .. Was always fun making them but I always used a mask because
I suck at sewing and couldnt make a face lol..
Thanks for the videos and if I lived near you I could test out your female versions ..
Cant wait to see more videos .. Thanks

Long move, or just across town? Mobility sure is expensive these days.
