When I ordered both my heads I had the options
On like ordering a normal doll.
I didn't ask or seam any diffrent.
Have emailed and changed one part since.
And been told, not a problem.
Just unsure in the wait time. 4 6 weeks maybe..

Sorry for the delay in replying but I needed to get the exact informations directly from the source.

First off can you share the (exact) dimensions of the hollow breast cavity? I'll assume it's spherical right?

I thought it was too but It seems as if the hollow is NOT spherical on the Bimbo Doll:

I'm thinking of implanting actual mini basketballs.

Any concerns of the interaction between PVC and S-TPE?

I am sorry but we have no informations about this.

Another thing, since I don't have a S-TPE block and since it's quite rare still how can I get one to properly repair the incision once I make it?

Maybe the simplest way would be to buy a WM S-TPE insert? This should be possible to do through vendors.

About the tip with an insert, mine has one but it seems questionable if it's actually S-TPE (along with the head) since it had significant factory smell compared with the body. I'm not sure if you can confirm anything here. At least if it says S-TPE on the vendor's site it should be clear.

Well that complicates things. So the mini-basketball idea is out since inflating a ball into that shape would at best result in a weird shape or worse it might break things.
I suppose a balloon with an usual medical breast implant shape could work, but the sharp corner at the base would leave a gap and I also suspect it might turn out to be a stress point where the S-TPE might tear.
I mean theoretically if I had the actual 3D model I could cast a shape that inflates into it neatly and minimizes the stress... I wouldn't need the file for the whole body, just the cavity if that helps.
Another thing regarding tolerances, at least from the feel the upper boob above the nipple seems like the material is significantly thinner that at the bottom so I'd say +/- 3mm is optimistic.
