You can with DH168-EVO series (I don't know what DH168 other series are like... they have 2 or 3 different series... EVO series does not mean dolls ordered with EVO skeleton either)... I have 2 of them 145-B and 156-C... their LHP is toward the front more than most dolls... so you can do a reverse prone-bone with them... kinda cool when you're in the mood for that position... see it all the time in porn, but most of us aren't hung like porn stars.
