Try this company that operates under two different online stores. Unable to fulfill an order they sent me two old stock dolls not listed on their sites and not found anywhere else, of which one I believe was this doll that I returned.

NMC have a Dreamy love doll range that have these types of dolls for sale. Maybe a search for (NMC) 3D face love dolls may find it or something similar.

I definitely think that the penultimate series
of girls from the NMC company, in the collection called "Extravaganza",
this company reached its peak, so the collection contains mostly girls
from the hi-end class.

I also noticed that the mid-range series "Dreamy"
and the high-end series "Extravaganza" collections are very related,
because some models are very similar or improved in a similar way.

When I saw Ms. Aleda Kirtman, I immediately called her
the older sister or even the mother of Miss Madlin Moon,
so I consider that this interesting girl Lousina Stone, is the older sister
or mother of Antonya Vidra & Eileen Sue..

I think it was Lousina, old stock but not listed. Your right this doll is hard to find. The doll that yorktown recently got could be an alternative. Link below.
