I found the one I want to buy but as dark as they get on the website is Tan....can I get her in coco skin tone?

Skin tone variety ranges between doll brands. Unfortunately, Doll Castle might only have their three skin tone options. Before giving up, I would email them.

1. Can they send a factory picture of a tan doll to see how dark the skin is. The tone will look slightly different when she's in front of you. But it's worth seeing the skin outside of a professional photo shoot.
2. Ask if it's possible to make a darker doll. Attach a picture of a doll with you're preferred skin tone so that they have an exact reference.

If it's not looking good, maybe you can move on. Or maybe you can get her anyway. You can end up attaching to her after enough time. And maybe there are ways to darker her at home. But this is a big purchase. It's probably better to get exactly what you want. Your call.

I would send them a PM through the forum directly. They do cocoa skintone on some other dolls in their range so doubt there will be an issue supplying you with that one. I have dealt with them like that on a few occasions and never had an issue apart from 1 head being sent to the wrong side of the Atlantic but they sent another without question when they realised their mistake.

I think they can considering they make alien type dolls with green, pink, red skin. Would be weird if they didn’t have 1 of the common skin colors. Also to note I have this doll she will come equipped with a very heavy upper body. So she’s not recommended to stand. Would definitely ask for tighter joints before pulling the trigger.

Many manufacturers have skin color sample pieces for each of their products, but I wonder if Doll's Castle does not...
