Whew, 115 lbs!! Like Setevoltas said, now is the time to be getting those muscles ready and working on your weightlifting form and technique. I'm 56 and in good shape and wouldn't want a whole lot more than my 80-lb gal. But I'm guessing you're younger and up for it. If so, once you've figured out the leverage, the movements, how to position her ahead of time, etc., I'm sure you'll thoroughly enjoy her. Have fun.
