wig too big ? here's how to fix it

I thought to make topic on this one since I need to do this my self. The wigs are too big on my dolls head and create this extra space that makes the doll head look bigger than it really is. I found the solution on how to fix the wig so it fit the head right since the straps don't cut it alone!

Here's another one, but I think the first one is better since the wig after sewed tighter don't create bumps as I see is the possible outcome when sewing too much together at once.

Also after sewing the wig thigter it should stay on the head even better too since it is now touching the whole head and there' s no extra space that wiggles on it's own.
I need to buy that kind of curvy needle and then give this a go.
