DAYTON RAINES DOLLY - an NMC BLAST FROM THE PAST

Interest in NMC/ NANMA/ CONBO seems to be on many a members mind these days

Well the "Cal Exotics Imports company of California" had an amazing line up of Inflatable Dolls almost all had a Porn Star endorsement and the air dolls were molded "More O Less" to the likeness of them

Dayton Raines was a sensation in the porn world 15 to 20 years ago and Cal Exotics used her likeness for a variety of products such as this wonderfully curvy air doll.

Truth be told I didn't get Dayton Raines when she was first issued back then, rather when I went looking for her she was already "sold out" and left it at that. Then several years latter 2013 or so my job had me all over the eastern coast of the good ole U.S. of A. and I found Dayton Raines on a store shelf of a Jacksonville Florida "Adam/Eve" adult shop - very popular store even today to visit

I was shocked at my good fortune however Dayton wasn't cheap even then - I used Dayton a lot back then, she was repaired several times and then, I changed jobs several times and where I lived, with Dayton going in and out of storage she sorta kinda got forgotten in time by me

However I re-found Dayton Raines last year during the great pandemic - and she been restored to flight status - yeah as any air doll that old she's been repaired several times however I find that these older NMC air babes are very robust in design and are easily repaired and brought back to life over & over

Dayton Raines lives on with me, as I know many probably don't even remember this classic from the past, a sorta reminder of how good we had it back in the day......................

I like it very much. I just really like all those older made dolls, for almost every issue.
Accordingly, im very lonely about that even on this forum,
because as a beginner with vinyl, i dont know enough to talk too much.

I love nostalgia review, & i say for myself im a big nostalgic on many other issues.

Flipping through various old texts from our large archive on the TDF forum, I found quite similar girls:

Being a member of the inflata gang for almost 40 years - and having been in this genre of air dolls that long has allowed me to be up front and personal. I have seen all the changes thru the years from the simple vinyl air dollies of the late 70's & 80's thru the changes that took place in making these high end air doll versions and some ways returning back to the those original roots with todays simple and un-imaginative designs

Dayton Raines is a throw back to what might be called the glory days of inflatables - when every fantasy could be purchased in an inflatable lassie................................. so sad as its all gone now just some museum piece like my Dayton Raines pulled out her hanger to be inflated for a weekend of fun and used very carefully

My only hope is that somewhere/ someplace the molds for these classic air dolls have been saved and not discarded as many a doll mold has gone..........

These grand ole inflata babes from the past are awesome - sadly they don't last forever - just a fact -

Dayton is one of a very few remaining NMC/ CONBO super babes of the past I have left, as all the others have gone off to Dolly heaven

Probably used her the least - however time catches up with these vinyl princesses - Dayton is no exception - I don't expect her to last too much longer

However, all is not lost - she a had a few leaks and I quick like got them all repaired - her few seams which on these NMC super babes are among the best seemed to have failed - but was quickly found and fixed - and of course the head to body joint is always suspect and no surprise - she had a leak there as also quickly fixed

So Dayton is all better now - use them or lose them - I always say - hopefully Dayton will keep on going strong

Wow Yorktown, your Dayton Raines inflatable lady is beautiful!

I just noticed that she seems to have vinyl nipples as compared to the other NMC ladies that have the attached silicone nipple. I kinda wish they all had the vinyl nipples being so seamless with no chance of coming off.

One thing I always appreciated about these classic NMC ladies is that their feminine body shapes and smiling faces make them look kind of like life size Barbie dolls. (Not that I am complaining)

Yup ole NMC/ CONBO had several inflata babes with the all vinyl boobies with the nips also in vinyl - with no TPE glue on nips -
These are the ones I remember {Sophia Santi/ Lynn Thomas/"jessica drake"/ Dayton Raines}

Sadly I don't have have hope they saved these air doll molds - they were in Hong Kong - and it has been a long time since the last one was made.....

I'll keep ole Dayton inflated, but sadly she won't last forever

These dolls appear to have the more robust thicker pvc body unlike the Diao Shi range or even my Brandy Big Boobs doll. Similar to the strong body of my TPE / Vinyl hybrid I think.

Yup these older NMC/ NANMA inflata babes - "were" - very well built

No knock on Daio Shi - they have come along way - and are only getting better

The seams on these NMC legacy air babes were incredible - there issue was the head to body merge and feet to leg merge

I still for the life of me can't understand why no one ever purchased the molds - I do know many were lost in a factory fire but no all of them

Still these air dolls continue to create discussion - and dreams of the past..........................
