Suggestion: Collapsable forum rules, stickies and global announcements

I really love this forum and the community. I spend a lot of time scrolling through posts and reading great helpful advice.

The only thing I think that needs tweaking is adding the ability to collapse forum rules, stickies and global announcements. Not sure how it is on computer, but on iOS it’s like 3-4 pages of scrolling! Usually after reading a few threads I exit the site because worn out from scrolling so much to get the meat of the topic lol
