Yes you were quite correct. The head I bought comes with an M16 Thread that converts down to a smaller M thread to fit the inflatable body's neck.

I can now mount virtually any of the doll heads available on either Diao Shi body, seated or standing. I am thrilled as this was the purpose of why I bought that doll.
