Anyone ever drill a hole in the silicone mouth? I'd like to buy a silicone, but lack of oral prevents me.

Most manufactures have soft silicon heads available that do oral.

True, though I'm interested in a Piper. I wasn't specific, because I had heard they're blacklisted here. It's a 150cm though if that counts for anything.
