Hollow absolutely. Have you ever felt solid. Specify large breast air space and thinner TPE breast walls.
They tend to sag but feel so much better. PS mine remains in perfect condition like new. I don't know about other people's experiences.

Good question. I do not think you can give specific numbers although I vaguely recall being told the thickness would be 1.5-2 cm. I think that makes the fabrication a bit more challenging to get the balloon and exactly the right spot and not have it float out of position when the TPE is being poured.

Do you have a "normal" YL doll too? I mean to be sure it's actually the Ultra Soft version that makes the difference.

I'm asking since when switching from WM155 to YL166 I experienced a tremendous difference in terms of TPE softness. My YL166 has a human like soft TPE which drives me crazy whenever I either touch her boobs, butt, etc.
So many other users also report that YL equips their dolls with the softest TPE around.

My actual doll is indeed a YL Doll 140 CM and her skin really seems human at the touch, both for the softness as for the detailed textures of some part of the body, as cleavage and face.

I want to but the YL150O torso but I am having hard time to decide about the breasts fill and TPE softness...
Do you think ultra soft TPE with hollow breasts is better than regular TPE and gel fill ?

I would only be guessing but I think ultrasoft TPE hollow would be the squishiest.
Also the volume of gel would certainly add to the weight, and she is already quite heavy.

Is it possible for you to make a video that show how soft they are ?
Maybe even to compare it with another doll breasts ?

I am really lost with all these options for breast customization...
The manufactures should make more example videos about all these options.
