Kimber storing box

Hi all,
I want to buy a storage box before I might by a Kimber

I found some doll storing boxes at different vendors. This one looks good at the pictures but seems to be trash

I found similar couch with storage, but way cheaper at a furniture store, with the measurements 40x42x180cm. This is quite the same as the doll storing box from the upper thread. But if I look at Kimbers size I cannot figure out how a doll should fit into such a box? What is a recommended size for such a box especially for the kimber doll?

TLDR:
How big is the package in which the doll arrives at home?

The Kimber is listed as 158cm in length, way shorter than the 40x42x180cm

My fear was that the width is to short und maybe the height?

I am pretty sure the doll would fit

I ask kimberdoll and got the packaging dimensions which are

148cm x 38cm x 28cm

So it will fit

if you happen to feel like a big change you can always get a bed that has storage space underneath it.
i had the MALM ottoman bed from IKEA and she fit perfectly underneath.

just add a bit of soft foam for her to lay on.
and plenty of room to store other stuff aswell

To add to Wildslide's post, cover the inside of the storage container with a soft flannel or satin sheet

My al lives in the hidden storage of my bed when I need to hide her, the whole bed raises up to the side and I can easily get her in and out then return the bed to normal.
