Ordered on the 8th, got the doll today. Everything was great, except there was no head/wig in the box. Calling just gets a message to email or leave voicemail. I used the contact form and sent a direct email as well. At least the doll is genuine, the anti-fake code was legit so there is that. So for now I just have a headless hottie...

I don't understand why my topic was locked for reply, especially when I was PM'd by the admin to reply there to update with any new info... So I'll clutter things up by starting a new topic...

After a few days JLD customer care finally replied and informed me the head was shipped separately, a couple days after that I got a tracking number. Head was shipped the day after I made my complaint (the day after I received the doll) and it was shipped from China. So ordering an IN STOCK / USA Warehouse doll doesn't mean you'll get the head at the same time. I should have it Friday according to tracking.

Shipping progress has been delayed, delivery scheduled for Tuesday now. It's a waiting game.

Head finally arrived today. Quality was excellent, very nice makeup, eyebrows, eyelashes, etc.. Very realistic and it brought my headless doll to life finally. haha If they had shipped the head with the doll I would have highly recommended JLD, but after having to wait weeks and wait for email replies / submit PayPal case to make sure I got what I paid for.... I'd say be aware of who you're dealing with and ask questions before ordering. In Stock doesn't mean what it says I found out.
