been meaning to write this for months now...

after doing research for about a year and a half
after a many long year fascination with a doll
i finally decided on who i wanted to add to my life
and who i wanted to help bring her home

obviously as i am writing this review here
i went with Stacey and her team at RLSD for many different reason
the excellent reviews i found on the the internet
and the fact they were close to home
like literally probably a couple of miles away from me

i ordered Dylan mid-October with absolutely no hassles
and zero stress
about a month in i was getting antsy and they assured me all was well
and the factory should be sending photos soon
with a week, RLSD send me the factory photos
and i couldnt have been more excited or relieved
she looked amazing

then about a week or so later i was getting antsy again because no updates on the shipping
stacey and her team were quick to reply and let me know this wasnt too unusual either but would reach out to the manufacturer
within 48 hours there was tracking movement and a delivery date was available

no issues at delivery on 11/30
other than i was hoping to be home by the time FedEx showed up by i was busy at the dentist
so i missed her initial delivery date but FedEx showed up the next day around the same time they attempted delivery
the driver was hella curious about what was in the box
i just let him know it was exercise equipment (i mean, this is kind of a legitimate answer right?) as he helped me carry it to the door

the box was in great condition with no damages at all
i didnt get to open up the box until the next day thanks to my dentist doing their number on me the day before
but when i went to unbox her, she was packaged up safe and sound like so many of the other unboxing videos and photos

so fast forward to this past friday
i sent Stacey a message asking about the new 159C that WM Dolls released
and if they were going to be able to help me add her to my home as she wasnt on their site
couple hours later (mind you this was like 8-9pm) i get an email with a link to her being added to the site so i could get her ready to come home soon

if that isnt the quality customer serivce that would create a repeat customer, im not sure what else you would be looking for
i can not speak highly enough of how great the RLSD team is
i felt like i was this annoying guy in my own head
and all they wanted to do was help me find what i was looking for

im happily about to hit the purchase button on number 2
