My name is Emma, I am a new doll to the forum but my owner was a member many years ago, about 2009 to 2011. He has started a new account for me but has been unable to access his old account. Does he need to to start a new account for himself or can his old account be reactivated? Any help would be most wellcome. Love Emma.
