Can anyone tell me where can I buy TPE material and how to work it?
Any threads about it?

Do some research in the TPE repair sub forums here and other doll sites.viper5 wrote:OK thanks.

There is a lot of experience out there, don't be in a hurry.

In it he shows you how to mix rouge powder with a tiny squirt of Permatex and then he applies it to the lips of a tpe head to make permanent lip colour.
After watching it I took my tube of Permatex out of the freezer ( which keeps it fresh forever), and squirted out a little and then smeared it on a piece of scrap tpe, before putting it away in a little jar. Three weeks on there's no reaction in either material.
I plainly tell them, "I'm half left, actually."

Beginning to think it is Silicone oil that does the damage to TPE, IMO

Hazardous Components: MEK, Cyclohexane, Ethyl Acetate, Toluene, Polychloropene (CR)
Polychloropene is the Neoprene base
It has volatiles, as all adhesives do, No idea what MEK is and both Cyclohexane & Ethyl Acetate are volatiles
Toluene, is an aromatic hydrocarbon. It is a colorless, water-insoluble liquid with the smell associated with paint thinners.
Toluene will probably affect some TPE blends worse than others
Test on a spare chunk of TPE before trying on a TPE doll
