Watched a great tutorial on lip coloring by Doll Forum member “Mishka1965”, ordered the “Permatex sealant”, which is now in a newer packaging design from his Video!

It gives a “wet look” coating over the color, and makes it permanent.

These are dry, stick a little wad of paper towel in her mouth before starting, that keeps the lips from touching til they dry in about an hour.
