How to restore the colour of the love holes?

I put on a bit of baby oil first, let it soak in a bit and then apply the eyeshadow-oil mix. This seems to help the colouring last a bit longer.

If you put the oil on first then wait a lttle bit b4 it's completely dry, put the powder on then and it will be soaked into the tpe and should last longer.
