Make sure to not keep Your Doll all stretched out, that way she never rips anywhere her skin bends.
Also, keep the vagina and anus and oral well, clean, and dry at all times
And use baby Oil and powder to lube the body to give life to the TPE, and the Baby Pwder to soften her body up to not be sticky, and You should be good.

Make sure all moisture is gone, I recommend buying a dual channel aquarium pump to dry orifices. Store wrapped in a blanket if possible and on memory foam for the butt if laying down. Never store standing if Possible.
