Best way to clean a doll

Hello everyone I am mostly just asking what is the best way to clean he worked doll it seems to be damaging mine every time I use soap and water.

Damage? As in the surface is roughing up?
And is the doll Silicone or TPE?

Clorox or Lysol Sanitary Wipes to clean the doll off. These might leave some little bits of paper behind, that's easy to get off when you use your makeup brush to apply cornstarch.
They will brush right off once the cornstarch is on the doll.
