The 153 does not have AA cup breasts. if you go by the measurements, she is a D cup, but on a much smaller frame.

10cm difference between bust and underbust is pretty much the definition of AA-cup.
10cm-12.5cm is A, 12.5cm-15.1cm is B, 15.1cm-17.6cm is C and 17.6cm-20.2cm is D.

At least for European bra cup sizes that is how they go.

Edit: For example, my doll Kanna, has underbust of 62cm and bust of 75cm. I tried both 65A and 65B for her. They both fit her, but I think 65B was a little better fit.
Edit2: I should probably mention that I also tried 65C. That was too big for her.

a lot of it depends on brand too. women's clothing sizes are all over the map, and vary by up to 4 inches on a size 8 as just an example.

So.. who knows what bra will actually fit?

I am personally used to underbust measurement = band size for most brands here.
