I have replied to a number of PM's sent to me but all my replies show in the outbox.
Are they being held for some reason and not sent?
How can this be fixed?

Hey Selld,
Outgoing pm's are held in the outbox until the recipient retrieves them, at that point they are moved into their own inbox, and they will appear in your "sent" folder.
It's good to note that as long as a pm is sitting in your outbox, it can still be edited!
