Refurbish a face?

I've had MyOlivia, a Realdoll 2 with Olivia face, for 5 years now. (Today is our 5th anniversary). I have taken care of her and she is still in great shape. However some wear is inevitable. Her eyebrows are wearing off and I've had to replace her eyelashes. My repairs aren't the best. I'm wondering if there is someone who refurbishes doll faces professionally that can make them look like new again. I know I could buy a whole new face but that is very expensive so I want to look into this first.
