Concerned about delivery

Delivery completed Monday 10-7-19. She did arrive with a few minor issues. Over all I'm pleased to welcome her into my home. Looing back I would have liked some simple communication from 6YE early on. All I needed to hear was the package was with customs, out of their & FedEx's control, and we needed to wait a bit longer. That would have went a long ways to help ease my mind. Thank you all who shared your information and support. It did help a lot.
This topic is concluded.
Any information I may share of her in the future might come in the form of a review.
There is a lot I really like about her.

I’m kind of a paranoid person and unfortunately an anxious one. So I’m going to ask something dumb. Is it possible that customs could lose or destroy the doll?? I know that’s unlikely, but I worry. Has that ever happened to anyone? I’m especially worried because I’m 4 feet 11, and I want a doll shorter than me. I’m scared the height would keep the doll from getting here.

Those are good questions Pink Glue. I think customs can hold and or deny the shipment of some dolls. It depends on what country the doll is shipping to. Different countries may have differing rules as to what's deemed ok. I've heard there are height restrictions in some countries. I wish I had more information.

Taurusloverofdolls was either CC or Blinded and I did my best to get answers ASAP, but customs can be customs.
It does seem that 6ye still needs to send you some things, right?

Yes Jeff they did not send the hanging hook that I'm pretty sure was in the order. And some repair glue.

I do want to add I passed on the few minor issues to Jeff with BCD right away.
And Jeff passed that information on to 6YE shortly after. Jeff has done an amazing job with passing on all my information to 6YE very quickly.
Jeff also informed me he had added a free dust bag to the order as he knows I store my ladies hanging.
I rechecked the box, gift bag, wig bag, and blanket. They forgot to send me that too.
I would be encouraged to see 6YE respond here.
