Kimber Doll Advice

Post by ChittyBA »

Hello everyone.

I have recently found out about Kimber Doll and I will be purchasing one next week.

She will be my first real doll (my first Doll was a Textile Doll).

Any advice regarding care and maintenance would be appreciated.

What has drawn me to her is the price. £399.00 is a lot more reasonable to pay for a Doll.

Kind regards,

Andrew.

Thank you for the info Anung. I have placed my order today so I should receive her by Friday (in the UK).

She will be my first TPE Doll (I currently have a Textile Doll). She will be predominantly a “bed doll” but do you hVe any advice regarding stain prevention?

Kind regards.

Keep in mind that she does not have standing feet so you will want to avoid any kind of standing with her so her feet don't get damaged.

To prevent staining avoid dark clothes stick to light colors . If you want her to wear dark colors use whites underneath. I have a white body suit I keep her in helps keep her clean.

The lads have provided some handy advice, and that is also covered in the care guide in the links provided .

I always recommend white natural fiber, saves having to wash all the free dye out of new attire, the thrift shop, op shop is good for well preworn and washed attire, and inexpensive, and avoid cheap attire and lingerie on the online market places, as these stain big time.
