OK I have an idea   What IF
1 made or sculpted a puffy nipple say out of wax or clay
2 Then made a mold from plaster
3 Poured colored silicone in it
4 then glued it to my doll with RTV cement
Question are would this work?
What kind of silicone should I use? GE?
Would the nipple stay on?
Inquiring minds want to KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would use some modelling clay like Plasticine to sculpt the new puffy nipple directly on the breast. Making a mold from plaster should be easy. Dissolve some beeswax in paint thinner and apply it to the dried plaster to smooth out the surface, closing all the tiny pores.

You should use the same silicone that is used for doll repairs. I have no experience at all with silicone dolls, but I worked with silicone before, it doesn't sound like a major problem to me.

To glue it on the doll, you should use some silicone, too, because only silicone will stick to silicone.
Acomocliticism - interesting word indeed.
