Legs Falling Off Old RealDoll was a Blessing

I put up a Realdoll for free.
While waiting for moderation. one of the legs broke off.
Then it hit me, she will be easier to move.
So I removed the second leg, to further reduce her weight.
While still heavy, I can move around the house.

I finally changed the bed sheets for the first time, in over SIX MONTHS.
Now I can change the sheets regularly.

I have sympathy for people who work in old age homes and have to lift patients to change their beds, as well as the patient themselves, shower them.

Oh - and dressing the doll will be MUCH EASIER.
It took me HOURS to dress a RealDoll. I like tight fitting clothes.
I was tired of the gown she was in.

That title is misleading. It makes Realdoll seem like a poor quality product. Your doll is old and used, but anyone scrolling by would assume it’s new.

Sorry for the misleading title.
The doll lasted for 11 years - longer than most relationships.
They are excellent quality and I have four RealDolls, that I love very much.
I just wanted to emphasize how I turned something bad into something good, and that people shouldn't just throw out dolls, or anything else, because they think it's no good.

... then you could elaborate on what happened to this doll.
