Questions About Silicone Glue

I am gluing velcro on a face.
The velcro has long since came off.

How long does it take to dry?
I can't wait to put the face on her.

The only Velcro circles I could find were the ones with the sticky back.
Would that compromise them sticking to the face?

I got some Silicone Glue on my hands. Is it harmful?
Will it just ash off with plain soap and water?

I used my only packet of RealDoll Silicone Glue.
Where can I buy more Silicone Glue? What do I ask for?
Are there any specific brands?
Can someone recommend an on-line site where I can buy the glue?
