I think instead of "how realistic.." faces can get... you should think about how they can easily change looks, change wigs, change make-up.
Because more often the face you think doesn't fit you does fit you when fitted with appropriate outfit, wigs, jewelry, etc.

You can go mad chasing realism, but you can have fun chasing personas.

I have to say ,after lying in bed, side by side last night facing my Gina, (Laila face) I was pinching myself. There is a reason they are called "Real Doll"
